Kalder is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables brands, sports teams, and enterprises to monetize and engage their audiences through curated partner rewards networks. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how services are delivered, and how refunds and cancellations are handled, in accordance with best practices and compliance requirements.
1. Fulfillment of Services
Nature of Service:
Kalder provides digital access to a partner rewards management platform, including but not limited to customer analytics, offer curation tools, partner onboarding systems, card linking infrastructure, and automated commission tracking.
Delivery Timeline:
Upon contract execution and successful payment, services are typically provisioned within 1 to 5 business days. Clients will receive onboarding credentials and documentation by email.
2. Refund Policy
Kalder does not offer refunds for services already rendered. This includes:
Access to Kalder’s platform during the billing period
Commission fees associated with processed partner transactions
Custom onboarding, implementation, or consulting services
Exceptions will be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payments
System failure preventing access to the platform for more than 5 consecutive business days
All refund requests must be submitted to finance@getkalder.com within 14 days of the charge date.
3. Cancellation Policy (90-Day Notice)
For all active service agreements, Kalder requires a 90-day written notice for cancellation. This applies to both monthly and annual contracts.
Monthly Clients: May request cancellation, which will take effect 90 days after notice is received.
Annual Contracts: Subject to a 90-day cancellation window before the renewal date. No mid-term cancellations or refunds are allowed.
To cancel your service, please contact support@getkalder.com with your company name and official request. Your access to the platform will remain active during the notice period.
